As a Director, you will implement a strategic field plan with specific fundraising goals in mind, build a talented team of fundraisers, and manage all aspects of their office. You will be responsible for maintaining positive client relations, managing and motivating their staff, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, designing staff trainings, developing other community or client initiatives, as well as setting and monitoring fundraising goals and office projections.
